President's Cup is a national Cyber Security competition hosted by the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Agency. It is a competition for government employees to test their real-world cybersecurity skills to win prizes. Our team created a first-person multiplayer experience where players control Remote Access Droids to interact with objects within the 3D space to unlock cybersecurity challenges.

As a Game Designer and Product Manager, I was responsible for 2 of the 5 levels in terms of gameplay, story, mechanics, and level layout. I also managed my team's JIRA tasks associated with my levels, working with the programming and art team to ensure our vision for the level came to fruition. Beyond my 2 assigned levels, myself and the 2 other designers were also responsible for creating the entire narrative of the experience, pitching several ideas to our clients for approval.

Our team worked closely with CMU's CERT division to ensure our experience matched real-world challenges that challengers may face in their career. Our main goal was to create an experience that fit the challenges seamlessly into the game world. Iteration was key in this project, making sure players easily could understand the mechanics of the experience as to not impede challengers' progress through the cybersecurity challenges in the competition.
